Ministry information

Website information is provided for general ministry and informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and current, but programs, dates, costs, availability, requirements, personnel, locations, and ministry activities may change.

Website information does not constitute legal, medical, financial, immigration, travel, or professional advice.

06

Applications and participation

Submitting a volunteer, training, DTS, internship, staff, or mission-team inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or participation.

Participation may require additional review, references, documentation, interviews, safeguarding procedures, agreements, fees, travel arrangements, insurance, or other requirements.

Applicants remain responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, travel decisions, and compliance with applicable laws unless a written agreement states otherwise.

07

Donations

Donations are voluntary and must be processed through an authorized YWAM Cap-Haiti or affiliated ministry channel.

Gifts are not processed on this website. If an external payment processor is used, its terms and privacy policy also apply to the information it collects.

No payment processor, tax-deductibility statement, receipt issuer, refund policy, or gift-designation policy is stated here. These details will be published once the ministry confirms its approved gift-acceptance and donation policies.

08

Prayer requests and personal submissions

Visitors should submit only information reasonably necessary for their request.

Prayer requests, health information, family circumstances, applications, and private messages are not publicly displayed without appropriate permission.

Submitting information through a form authorizes YWAM Cap-Haiti to use it to review and respond to that particular request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

09

Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s original text, design, photographs, videos, graphics, and ministry resources are owned by YWAM Cap-Haiti or used with authorization.

YWAM names, logos, and marks may belong to their respective authorized owners.

Visitors may share links to public pages but may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, or commercially distribute protected material without written permission.

10

Third-party services

The website may link to external donation processors, social media platforms, maps, videos, partner organizations, and other services.

YWAM Cap-Haiti does not control independent third-party websites. Their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and content apply when visitors use those services.

A link does not automatically constitute endorsement of every statement, product, or activity on an external website.

11

Website availability and security

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Visitors may not attempt to bypass security, access private areas without authorization, or disrupt the website.

12

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

13

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YWAM Cap-Haiti and its authorized ministry partners will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from a visitor’s use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

14

Suspension of access

We may restrict access to protected website services when a user violates these terms, creates a security risk, misuses ministry systems, or threatens the safety or rights of another person.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when the website, ministry services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The “Last updated” date is revised whenever changes are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
